The Awards were launched 25 years ago and were created by the development industry as a vehicle to recognise excellence and innovation within our State.
The program is unapologetically rigorous, taking eight months from launch through to the completion of judging. We take the role of receiving entries very seriously. Our judges visit every site in person as well as review the accompanying written submission.
Our judges are experienced industry leaders who bring tremendous credibility to our awards program. Their depth of experience and knowledge ensures the process is both independent and robust. During two weeks in August our panels travel the length and breadth of Queensland, seeking out the best of the best.

You must register in order to receive a copy of the category criteria.
It is compulsory for all entrants to attend the Awards Submission Information Session. If you are a regional entrant, you will be supplied with a copy of the session presentation.
Once you have registered your submission, you will be emailed a confirmation with a copy of the selected category criteria, an entrant’s declaration, and a link to begin your submission.
A member of our Events team will issue the invoice for payment. The submission fee is strictly non-refundable.
